Die lines must be supplied as an Adobe Illustrator EPS file. PDF, JPEG, TIFF and native AI files are not compatible with the die construction software. Providing a clean, vector-based EPS die line ensures the steel rule die is built accurately and avoids delays in production scheduling.

Material thickness ranges from .002 to .080 inch, covering lightweight text and bond paper through heavy cover stock and chipboard. This range supports both standard cover-weight business cards and thicker, luxury-feel cards, as well as specialty substrates like sticker stock and magnetic material.

Yes. Foil stamping is available from business card size up to full sheet size, and embossing ranges from single-level copper dies to multi-level sculptured brass dies. These finishes add raised logos or metallic accents, typically used for premium or luxury card programs and brand launches.

Foil stamp dies typically run 2-3 days and standard single-level embossing dies around 3 days. Multi-level or sculptured brass embossing dies are quoted per job based on complexity. The steel rule cutting die itself is built in-house and quoted separately from the running cost of the job.

Yes. Using kiss-cutting on sticker or kiss-cut stock, a business card can be produced with a peel-away sticker layer. Interior stripping removes cut-out shapes inline during production, allowing sticker-style or window-cut cards to be finished without manual hand-cutting.
